Couple of new pictures
Well, here's another picture. This one is of a road down town. The arc over the road is two swords. Those are some big Arabian swords!
Got to visit with Mom and Pam last night. Mom sounded really good. She is doing really well after having her pace maker put in. Mom is loving Pam being there. Other than getting bored Mom is doing just great.
This next picture is of Mike eating at Nando's. We really enjoy going there. It is a Portuguese chicken place. They serve it on this metal skewer and is quite good. The plate is just below the skewer and your side orders are on it. They also have
Some great iced tea. You can order you chicken cooked mild or hot. We get the hot and it is great. Mine is the really close up on the left. This Nando's is located in the City Center Mall. That is the largest mall that has the skating rink on the bottom floor.
I got to visit with my neighbor, Zoe and her little boy, Collin. He is almost 8 months old. He is crawling now and is doing really well. They will be moving to Germany right after we get back from Lafayette. I will miss them. I also met another neighbor named Penny. Her husband is from Texas. Small world. She has been here without going home for a year. She is going back to the states for a visit in November and staying for about 6 weeks. She has 3 or 4 little girls. She seems real nice. I also met Zoe's husband the other day. His name is Jay and seems really nice too.
Well, it won't be too long till we are home. Can't wait to see everyone! Ya'll have a great day!
